FUOTUOKE Announces the Commencement of 2011/2012 Academic Activities

One out of the nine (9) new Federal Universities created by the Goodluck administration, the University of Utuoke is to resume for academic activities this October.

After a prolonged senate meeting of the university, the management has fixed dates for several take-off activities as shown below;

1. SATURDAY, OCTOBER 06, 2012: STUDENTS ARRIVE ON CAMPUS
a) Checking into Halls of Residence begins at 08:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 06, 2012 and ends on Monday, October 08, 2012.

The allocation of hostel rooms to students is on the basis of first-come-first-served. The allocation of hostel rooms closes at 6:00p.m. each day. It closes finally on Tuesday, October09, 2012.

b)NOTE
i)The Male Students’ Hostel is at Otuokpoti.
ii)The Female Students’ Hostel is at Otuoke.

2.ORIENTATION
Begins on Monday, October 08, 2012
Ends on Friday, October 12, 2012.

3.LECTURES BEGIN ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2012.
4.MATRICULATION DATE WILL BE FIXED.

The Federal University of Otuoke is located in the hometown of the Nigerian President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, a peaceful town in the Niger Delta.

Note that this resumption is for 2011/2012 admitted students for the meantime. "Myschool" however is investigating further on the school to know the fate of the students admitted for this 2012/2013 academic year.
