APC Stalwart Cautions Osoba

A member of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Advisory Committee in Ado-Odo Ota Local Government, Ogun State, southwest Nigeria, Alhaji Wasiu Dawodu, has advised former governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusegun Osoba, to settle his differences with the state Governor, Ibikunle Amosun, rather than bringing the party into disrepute.

He said Osoba is a father and leader of the party both at the national and state levels and appealed to him not to destroy the house he jointly built with other members of the party. Alhaji Dawodu further said, if any political office holder did not perform well in his senatorial district or constituency, such a politician should not be given ticket for a second term, adding that Chief Olusegun Osoba should be able to manage the crisis.

Meanwhile, Sango residents and Chief Imam of Sango Central Mosque, Alhaji Tajudeen Babalola Shafy have unanimously declared that Governor Amosun deserves a second term in office.

They described him as the best governor Ogun State has ever had since the creation of the state.

The residents and Chief Imam said during a chat with our reporter that Amosun has brought rapid development to all the Senatorial districts of the state and as such deserves to contnue in office in 2015.
