Study In Canada: Conestoga International Undergraduate Scholarships for Diploma or Degree Students

Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Canada values the contribution of international students to the College community.

The International Student Entrance Scholarships are designed for international students applying to a full-time diploma or degree program and meeting the academic requirements for the program of study.

This Scholarship is open to students who will begin their studies in a post-secondary program in September each year.


CRITERIA

To be eligible international applicants must:

have acceptance into a full-time diploma or degree program at Conestoga College
   
be a citizen of a country other than Canada and hold a valid study permit for the period of study

Citizens of ALL nationalities (EXCEPT Canada)


Number of awards
A total of three (3) awards each year

Scholarships are awarded over two consecutive semesters i.e. one academic year

A total of three scholarships will be awarded over two consecutive semesters and the value of each scholarship is $3,000 cdn.

The scholarship has no cash value and will be used toward payment of the winning candidates’ outstanding tuition.

HOW TO APPLY

Before you qualify to apply for this scholarship, you must apply to a full-time diploma or degree program and meet the academic requirements for the program of study. You must also satisfy the eligibility requirements listed out above.

To apply, all applicants will have to complete the application form found here(pdf), and also provide a one page, single-spaced essay outlining goals, ambitions and reasons for applying to post-secondary studies at Conestoga College

Please note that in the selection process, the following are considered:

essays will be assessed based on content and proper use of English (including grammar)
   
final award recipients will be selected based on a combination of the written essay submission and academic grades
   
incomplete applications will not be considered
