Steps

If you do not already own a diary, go to a school supplies store and buy a notebook that reflects your personality.

Think about how you want to become healthier. Do you want to lose weight, or do you want to become more athletic?

After knowing how you want to become healthier, choose your goal, and write it in your diary. Example; "Lose 5 Pounds".

Doing that, choose an everyday goal that will help you succeed in your main goal. Example; "Walk 1-2 miles everyday and eat more fruits and vegetables."

Everyday, write in your diary about what you did to succeed in your goals for that day. Write if you accomplished your everyday goal, and write other things you worked hard in. Example; "I jumped rope for 10 minutes while waiting for my friend to come over to play."

If you try hard everyday, you will be sure to accomplish your goal, and in result, become healthier!
Tips
Make sure that doing your everyday goal will help you accomplish your main goal. Example; If your goal was to become faster, do some research on how to become faster, and then make your everyday goal something that actually will help you become faster.
Be specific with your goals. Example; If you wanted to lose weight, be sure to say how many pounds, in how much time do you want to lose a certain amount of weight, and how you're going to lose weight.
NOTE this will not make you taller, shorter have big feet and small feet or anything like that.
Warnings
Do not make your goals unhealthy. Example; If you wanted to lose weight, do not make your goal, "Lose 10 pounds in three days." Do some research and find the healthiest goals for you.
