How to Operate an Enerpat Metal Baler

Enerpat have three types of metal balers they are :

Steps

    1
    Connect the baler to 380V-50HZ-3Phase electricity power

    Put on the "START" button on the electrical box,please check if the motor round by clock.

    Loading the scrap metal into the pressing chamber.

    Control the hand valves-Close the lid.

    Control the hand valves-Back cylinder press.

    Control the hand valves-Side cylinder press.

    Control the hand valves-Back all cylinders.

    Turn The bale out by control the lid cylinder (valve)+Turn Bale Valve)
   

Tips

    Only when the door lid closed,you can control the rest two valves to control the two cylinders.

 Warnings

    Do not get close to the pressing chamber when loading the scraps
