Steps
1
Flush the toilet with some bleach and shower gel. The bleach cleans it, and the shower gel makes it smell nice, with you expending minimal effort.
2
Make sure to clean them good!
Clean your teeth, using a toothbrush, toothpaste, water, mouthwash, etc.
3
One of the ingredients.
Mix 2 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda, a teaspoon of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of powdered thyme, and swill it around your mouth. This will not only clean them, it will refresh your mouth and get rid of the taste of sick.
4
Relaaaaax
Relax! Lie or sit down with a book and a hot water bottle to soothe your probably aching tummy.
5
Drink lots of water and eat plain, simple food like rice, pasta, soup etc. Water will clean out your insides, and simple foods won't irritate it.
Tips
Don't drink great big glugs of water, as this could just make you sick again. Take a few sips.
Don't stress out or all your energy will drain out and make your head "boil" when you are mad or getting headaches. Get some rest and drink lots of fluids. Stay strong and let your body fight the germs in your immune system.
Get plenty of rest, have a nice shower or bath. Clean your teeth and get some fresh air. Try to clear your mind from any worries.
Dont be active straight after being sick. This will make you be sick again. Sit down and relax.
Something good to eat!
If you feel sick and hungry at the same time, eat. You may feel sick or even be sick if you have low blood sugar because you haven't eaten enough.
Warnings
Seek medical attention if you are sick more than 4 times, or have a purple rash developing.
Don't over do anything as you may get even more sick.
