How to Feel Good Even Though You're Overweight

For the majority of us, being overweight affects us in more ways than just our health; we put our goals and aspirations on hold because we don’t feel good enough “yet” until we’ve reached our 'dream weight' or 'dream body'. I hope this article will inspire someone to take charge of their life and not let weight stop you from living a fulfilling life right NOW, while you work on getting healthier and having the body you want.     Live in the moment! Go for your dreams NOW; not when you lose weight.

    Look fabulous every step of the way. Get your hair done, your nails, wear sexy lingerie anything that makes you feel sexy, feminine and gives you that extra pep in your step is a must!

    Buy clothes that you can wear NOW not when you are skinny; live in the Moment!

    If the Clothes Don't Fit, Don't Wear Them. Trying to fit in clothes that obviously aren’t your size is NOT cute. WORK YOUR CURVES. Confidence is Sexy at ANY size.

    Love yourself, embrace every inch of you. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

    Exercise at least 30 minutes/day about 4-5 times a week, you will be healthier and feel good.

    Don’t let them bring you down. Focus on YOUR journey and the people who love you. Be sorry for those who feel the need to bring you down in order to feel good about themselves.

    Love yourself enough to decide to get healthy and gain knowledge on how to do that the right way.

    Focus on changing your lifestyle (eating habits, exercising etc. instead of dieting which often implies you may have to get off at some point and so begins the yo-yo dieting cycle... really who wants to be on a diet for the rest of their life?).
