Learn How to Make a Cheap Chipboard Using Locally Available Materials

    Visit a forest or where there are many trees and collect the sticky type of glue found at the buck of the tree

    Visit the sawmill and collect very fine sawdust then come back to the site where you are to manufacture your product.

    Collect some water in a basin of about ten litres in proportion of the area in square feet of your to be product.

    Collect pieces of Timber with thickens of one inch square and remember to carry ten meters string long.

Make the Frame

    Make a wood frame with cross halving joints of the size of the chipboard you want to make as the molder.

    Mix water with the glue and sawdust in the ratio of 1:2:3.

    Use the frame to make a network of crossing strings in the middle.

    Use the frame as the molder.

    Let it dry for about 12 hours.Then you will find your chipboard ready
