Ekiti State University Lecturers yesterday embarked on an indefinite strike over non-payment of their salaries.
Academic activities in the institution are currently paralyzed.
Responding
to the development, the Chairman of EKSU chapter of the Academic Staff
Union of Universities, Prof. Olufayo Oluodo, said that the non-payment
of salaries has made life difficult for the lecturers and left them with
no other option than to stay away from classes.
