The University of Lagos has admitted a total of 5,390 students into
its postgraduate programnme for the 2014/2015 academic session.
451 were admitted for postgraduate diploma, 2,848 for masters, and 2,014 for professional masters and 77 for doctoral degree.
The
Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Bank, Mr Ifie Sekibo, during the
orientation programme for the new students advised them to be job
creators rather than job seekers and also gave them tips on improving
their marketability.
The Vice chancellor, Prof Rahamon Bello,
while speaking advised the students to apply themselves diligently to
their studies and mentor the undergraduates.
