Freeze it. Freeze the bottle in your freezer for at least an hour. If not, the max is 3 or 4 hours.
    3
Chop the bottle part off. Take a large knife and cut the bottom part of the plastic bottle off.

Take a smaller knife. Then start chopping the ice off fast! Over and over! Suddenly, there's snow all around you!!
    5
    SECOND WAY
    6
Get out your snow cone machine. Use it and make lots and lots of ice.
    7
Put all of it in a bucket. Put all the hand made ice in a medium bucket.
    8
Put it in the freezer. You don't want it to melt while your preparing!
    9
Climb the roof! It sounds crazy, but that's how you do it!
    10
Hand the person on the roof the bucket. Try not to let it melt.
