UNIABUJA Centre for Distance Learning Set to Resume Academic Activities as NUC Lifts Ban

The Centre for Distance Learning (CDL), of the University of Abuja is set to resume activities as the suspension placed on it by the National University Commission has been lifted.

This was made known by the Vice Chancellor, of UNIABUJA, Prof. Michael Adikwu, while answering questions from newsmen.

According to him, the institution had fulfilled most of the conditions under which the programme was suspended.

It was learnt that the institution will advertise for admission into the programme in accordance with laid down rules.

However, the CDL cannot offer all the courses now as there are still other things NUC wanted the institution to do so that the scope of CDL would be enlarged.
