 Steps

    1
Have a warm and soothing shower. It will calm you down enough for you to focus on what to do next.
    2
Wash your face. Everywhere around it is ideal but optional, depends on where the botox is.
    3
Rub your face after the shower. Doing this will relax your face, which will help with the botox.
If possible have hands wet and face damp.
    4
Add cream. Rub it on your forehead and down.
    5
Let the cream sink in your face.
    6
    Put on a 2nd coat.
    7
Just breathe. You will feel so much better.
During the botox keep breathing at a steady pace. Unsteady paces could hurt you.
    8
Drink. Lots of water helps the botox be tight but still a little loose.
    9
    DRINK,DRINK,DRINK.

 Tips

    Feel good about it,
if you don't you will regret paying your money.
    Breathe.
    Drink tons of water

Warnings

Thanks for sharing this useful article. I'm thinking to go for a Botox treatment by Dr. Jerome Edelstein and it's great to know this thing. I'm sure that I will be satisfied and that I will get rid of the wrinkles. I can't wait till then.
