DELSU Offers Automatic Employment to 12 Best Graduating Students

About 12 Best Graduating Students of the Delta State University (DELSU) were offered automatic employment by the management of the institution during the Oath/Induction Ceremony of the 2012/2013 set of Bachelor of Nursing Science graduates.

Some were employed as lecturers while others as graduate assistants.

It was learnt that about 21 students were expelled for alleged forgery and sundry offenses.

Speaking at the event, the vice chancellor of the university, Professor Victor Peretomode, explained that the training of nurses like every other profession has always been capital intensive, adding that the university cannot transfer the heavy financial burden to the parents of the students.
