The of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Prof. Rosemund Green-Osahogulu, has been abducted by yet-to-be-identified gunmen.
She was said to have been abducted on Thursday while returning from work.
According to an eye witness,“Those who took her away were about four in
number. They were shooting sporadically into the air and people around
fled as they took her away.”
It was also learnt that the gunmen overpowered the security details that
were with her before taking her away to an unknown destination.
As at the time of filing this report, the kidnappers have not
established any contact with the family of their victim or the
institution.
