National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN to graduate about 7,000
students at its 4th convocation ceremony which has been scheduled to
hold on the `16th & 17th January, 2015. (www.nigeriaschool.com.ng)
The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) will on the 16th and 17th of January, 2015 graduate a total of 7,000 students at its 4th convocation scheduled to take place in Lagos State.
The 7,000 NOUN students would be awarded degrees, diplomas and certificates in Lagos State.
A statement signed by the institution’s Head, Media and Information, Dr Ronke Ogunmakin, said the event would be preceded by a lecture on ‘Open and Distance Learning and Democratic Transformation in Nigeria‘.
Dr. Ronke said the lecture would be delivered by Professor Rufai Alkali, the Special Adviser to the President on Political Affairs.
