 Steps

    1
    Write down:
All things you use the Internet for,
        Things you search most often,
Phone numbers of people you talk to most often,
Times of news on your favourite radio station,
Ten songs you listen most often,
        Your favourite video game genre.
    2
Change your job. Of course, some jobs (programmer, for instance) can not be performed without computer.
    3
Text your friends instead of using social networks. Ask your friends their phone numbers and call them and text them instead of e-mailing and writing of Facebook messages.
    4
Listen to the radio. Find some good radio station and listen the news every day. If you have problems to listen it at one time, buy an radio alarm clock.
    5
Build your library. Buy some good encyclopedia (for instance Britannica) and all reference books you need for your work or hobbies. Write down things you usually search for and try to find analogical books.
    6
Buy a hardback notebook. Keep all your notes and private writings in one place.
    7
Practice a readable handwriting or buy a typewriter. Try to handwrite in Times New Roman - it is not easy, but it is possible. Learn to write without corrections.
    8
Put all your favourite music on one CD. Honestly, most of people listen only about ten or twelve songs. Choose these ones you listen most often.
    9
Learn to play your favourite game in real. If your favourite game is Solitaire, learn to play Patience in real. If your favourite game is Counter Strike, begin with paintball or action shooting. If your favourite game is WoW, begin with LARPs or Dungeons and Dragons. If you do not know how to convert your favourite PC game to reality, learn to juggle - it is said that jugglers never get bored.
    10
Go to the cinema on regular basis. If you can not go to the cinema, read books instead of watching films based on them.
    11
Try to find original ways how to express your opinions. Many people use internet as a medium for their expression. Instead of voracious self-expressing, so typical for communities and blogs, try to systematize your opinions and express them in original and funny way. Write a novel, wear t-shirts with slogan. Or, the best way, live according to your opinions and give an example to the others.
    12
Talk to real people instead of chatting. Develop your conversation skills and learn to talk to real people.
    13
Be creative. If you do not know how to convert your other Internet activities to the non-internet ones, imagine, what did people do one hundred years ago instead your activity.
