- 1Get a flash drive. Plug the flash drive into your computer's USB port.
- 2Open My Computer, right-click the flash drive, click Format, click Start, click OK, click OK again after the format completes, and close the two windows.
- 3Click Start, click All Programs, then click Accessories, and then click Notepad. Now type in the following:

URL=http://www.example.com - 4Click File, and then click Save. Save the file as Webkey.url.
- 5Click File, and then click New. Now type in the following:
[autorun]
open=webkey.url - 6Click File, and then click Save. Save the file as autorun.inf.
- 7Open My Computer and double-click your flash drive. Now, drag the two files you created to the flash drive.
