How to Import a Solidworks' file in GOélan

Go-Élan is a fantastic computer-aided manufacturing tool , nevertheless it is relatively complicated to make a piece in 3 dimensions. So it could be interesting to make the piece using SolidWorks and then import it into Go-Élan. I am going to retail you the method to realize this import.

 Steps

    Now you can see you piece in Go-Élan, so you can program the machining easily:


 Warnings
  • You have to follow literally the procedure described above, if you jump a step or if you do not record your SolidWorks file in the right format, the import will not work.
