Learn How to Make a Headphone Cord Winder

A clear simple idea comes together in a flash and I am really excited to share it with you. I love felting material and making it into purposeful items. Useful headphone cord winder is made of comfy felt. You will find this helpful craft is quite easy to make through our tutorial on how to make a reel.
Headphone cord winder is necessary when you see lots of charge cables scattered in your room, such as charge cables for your phones, laptops and other electric applications. Learn how to make a reel; then you can classify these cables and keep your room organized.

 Steps
  1. 1
    Make bear head.
    • Cut out two pieces of beige felt; trim them to bear head shapes.
    • Cut out two pieces of coffee felt for mouth and four pieces of coffee felt for ears; secure the mouth and ears onto the bear head by gluing.

    Make the prototype of winder.
    • Embroider eyes, nose and lips onto the bear face in appropriate places.
    • Cut out two pieces dog bone shaped felt (in brown and black colors) as pic shows below; glue the bear head onto each end of the brown bone felt.

    Stick adhesive cloth.
    • Cut two pieces of rectangle Velcro; sew each one onto the end of the black bone felt.
    • Lay two bone shapes together with inner side faced.

    Sew along the edges of two pieces of bone shaped felt with running stitches.
