When putting on eyeliner, put a silver or sparkly eyeliner on bottom and/or top of eye.
After the silver eyeliner, take your liquid liner and put a little on your top lid just above your eyelashes.(Black)
After liquid liner, put a good amount of mascara on (i put on a ton)until your lashes are dark and long remember to put it on your bottom lashes too.
If you want, take a little bit of silver or white eye shadow and put in the crease by your tear duck.

Tips
Don't put to much it looks messy, and don't mix too many colors stick with the basics.
Putting a little white eyeliner on the inside corner of your eye will minimise redness and make you look wide awake.
